After i sign on to the internet within 10 mins and sometimes 2 hours this messega popes up an disconnects me from the internet..I have dial up so when I try to reconnect it says does not detect a modem nor a virus protection..then my computer starts acting funny an i have to reboot. what can i do to fix this issue?

Hello,We recommend you to reinstall the network adapter driver and check if the issue persists. To do this, visit the network card or system manufacturer website and download Windows XP compatible driver and then install on the computer.If the issue still persists, try these steps:Step 1: Check if any system file is corrupta. Click Start, click Run, type cmd and click ok.b.
